Welcome to my website,
I am very excited to share my new CD with you. After many years of laying low and writing
music, I decided it was time to get back in the studio and work on this project.
My plan was a collection that would blend wood and electric, riffs, and picking, The
lyrics were conjured up during many drives through the country side and sitting on the
beach waiting for low tide. Thinking about, waves, love and life. Going over where I have
been and where I am headed. You got to think of life in terms of eternity. I have many
years behind me but ahead, more than I can imagine. What will I value and what I need
to change.
My vocal influences have never changed. Hats off to my three favorite crooners: Bing
Crosby, Elvis Presley and Robert Plant. Those high thin and soulful notes and that deep
vibrato move me.
My intention was to choose a higher road and find some higher ground,
I hope that you find "Released" new to your ears, warm to the touch, food for the soul with
a bit of swing and swirl for your groove.
